Before you start using our service, click on the link below to evaluate whether your network supports the Videxio services and verify that no firewall will be blocking the service. The test will also identify any issues and explain how to resolve them. It will enable you to save the information and forward it to your IT administrator

Call quality
Note that audio and video quality depends on a number of factors. Most common issues can be resolved by making sure you use a good quality camera, and have enough available network bandwidth (we recommend at least 0.7 Mbps up and down).
