A unique address for the room
This will be your virtual room’s “phone number”. We’ve formatted it like an email address, so it’s easy to remember and share with your contacts.
The room can be accessed from any standards-based video device. If it’s more convenient to join from a phone, we have dial-in numbers in multiple countries, so that you can save on international calls. We have also enabled you to call in from Microsoft Skype for Business (Lync) or using WebRTC, enabling you to connect into the meeting using simply your browser with no need to install any clients.
Smart and secure access
Users from your company will automatically be allowed into the room, whereas users from a different company or network can be asked to type a code. In addition the Host will be able to set up a private pin and have the ability to lock the conference for additional security.
Personal conference control
Users can log into their personal virtual meeting room from their PC or mobile device to do live management and control of the conference. This includes features like invite, remove or mute participants as well as the ability to set up security preferences and to view live usage data.
Streaming and Recording (beta)
If you need large scale company meetings, product presentations or announcements, we can stream and record your conference as an option to our special events package. This allows you to stream your conference directly to YouTube Live Event and enables an unlimited amount of viewers at the same time - in high definition (HD) video. Our solution is including presentation sharing and a full one-way meeting experience.

The MyVidexio portal allows individual users and IT administrators to have full control over their meeting experience. It’s never been easier for video users to schedule and join meetings and invite participants. Administrators can easily monitor usage and carry out centralized management of subscriptions services as well as conducting remote assistance for all virtual meeting rooms.
Connect with Microsoft Skype for Business and Lync
Videxio allows users with Microsoft Skype for Business (SfB) and Lync to connect directly into the Virtual Meeting Room (VMR). This allows for live high quality audio and video communication between SfB users, traditional H323/SIP video conferencing solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Tandberg, Lifesize and Polycom, as well as Web based video and telephony.
This means that SfB users can leverage Videxio’s cloud-based service to communicate over video with other standards-based video systems, software clients or mobile devices. Lync users will also be able to enjoy business quality video with one or more participants in virtual meeting rooms inside and outside their organization.
The videxio service is compatible with Microsoft Lync 2010, Lync 2011 (MAC), 2013 and Skype for Business both installed on customer premise as well as Office365.
Browser based access
The browser based solution enables live high quality audio and video communication without users having to install a client on their own device. The user simply clicks on a link and uses their web browser to connect directly into the meeting. If you use a browser natively supporting WebRTC, like Chrome or Firefox, then no plug-in's are even required to be downloaded.
Browser based collaboration enables anyone with a Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) or Enterprise User License (EUL) subscription from Videxio to invite internal and external participants to securely join a high quality video meeting, and it creates a seamless collaboration between the "web world" and traditional H323/SIP video conferencing solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize and Huawei, as well as other solutions such as Microsoft Skype for Business/Lync
The Videxio service is compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Opera (no plug-in required), as well as the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Safari (plug-in required).
