​“How can I set up and organize a video meeting directly from my desktop?”


Organizing and managing a videoconference can be inflexible and confusing. There must be a better way!?


As a Videxio subscriber, the MyVidexio web portal provides you with access to the tools and features you need to be in control of your videoconferencing experience. The portal can be accessed using your video credentials to sign into my.videxio.com.


There is an automated “tour” that walks you through the features and tools that you have at your disposal.

From your user portal you can:

  • manage your personal profile (e.g. your password, Host PIN code etc.)
  • schedule and invite persons to meet in your Virtual Meeting Room (VMR)
  • add, remove and mute participants in your VMR and even lock your conference for extra privacy
  • monitor your videoconferencing usage
  • download software clients and Apps to make videoconferencing widely accessible
